If it has been a while since you set up your account, and you cannot remember what details you provided, you can check them from within the product store. These are the steps:
1. Log in to your product account.
2. Scroll to the very bottom where you see two folders pictured below. Click on the folder "manage your account".
3. To check what details we have listed for you, click on (1). Your practice details. This will list your current practice name. (DO NOT MAKE CHANGES HERE AS THIS IS NOT MONITORED).
From the Manage you account folder (Login to your product account then Scroll to the bottom of the product page):
1. Click on manage your account
2. Complete the form to change log-in email addresses, practice address or practice name.
To check if the change has been completed, you can check the details listed in "Your practice details". Please note that this change can take 24 hours to activate as there is a real human involved in making this change.
