Eligibility Requirements

What qualifications or licenses do I need to open an account?

To open an account you must be a registered AHPRA (dentist, registered nurse or medical doctor) practitioner with a clinic address. We cannot send restricted products to home address or PO boxes. If you are a registered nurse, we will need details of your prescribing doctor. We are also currently monitoring requirements since the updated fact sheet has become available from Queensland health. Are there specific certifications required to purchase products?

Aside from being AHPRA registered as a dentist, registered nurse or medical doctor, you do not need to provide proof of your educational CPD courses. Registered nurses will need to provide details of their prescribing doctor.

Is there a vetting process to verify my credentials?

Yes. We will check that you are registered with AHPRA each time an order is placed. We will also check that the delivery address is a physical clinic address. The details you provide us with each order will be checked against your account with us. If there is a discrepancy, we will not send out your order.
