Cannot access the store?
There may be a few reasons why you cannot log into the store. You need to have an account AND use the email address that you signed up to the store with.

Troubleshooting
If you have an issues accessing the store, there are a couple of things to check:
You need to have a product store account. Make sure you have applied for an account. You can do that HERE
Now let's check some other details:
- ARE YOU USING THE RIGHT EMAIL ADDRESS? This MUST be the email address you used to apply for your account.
- Clear your cache and browser history.
- Allow at least 24 hours from the time of sign up for an account. We will send you a confirmation email from ECWID to say that your account is active.
