Can I pick-up my order?

Unfortunately not at the moment. We have found that the logistics are very difficult to navigate when it comes to assigning pickup days/times and also a proxy person. For these reasons, we do not support pickup from our Academy.

How quickly are orders sent out?

Orders are sent out via standard AusPost delivery usually within 1 business day of you placing your order. You will receive tracking information from Auspost so that you can follow your order. Typically this can taken 2-7 days.

Can I get Express delivery?

Yes you can. You can select the express post option in the product store.

Policy on the Shipping and Collection of Schedule 4 Medications

Can you Ship to a PO box or residential address?

To maintain the integrity and security of Schedule 4 medications, we strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

1. No Shipments to P.O. Boxes or Residential Addresses

• Schedule 4 medications are classified as prescription-only medicines and must be handled with strict security and accountability.
• Shipping to a P.O. Box or residential address does not provide sufficient verification of the recipient’s identity, increasing the risk of diversion, loss, or unauthorized access.
• Regulations require these medications to be delivered to a verified healthcare facility or registered business address where appropriate storage and handling protocols are in place.

2. No In-Person Pickups from Our Office

• To maintain a secure chain of custody, Schedule 4 medications must be dispatched through authorized couriers to approved medical facilities or businesses.
• Allowing in-person pickups poses a risk of unauthorized access, theft, or improper handling of prescription medications.

3. Approved Shipping & Collection Process

• Schedule 4 medications will only be shipped directly to a verified medical practice, pharmacy, or licensed healthcare facility with a registered business address.
• The recipient must be a registered healthcare professional who is authorized to receive and store such medications.
• Deliveries will require signature on receipt to ensure accountability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Non-Compliance

Any attempts to request delivery to a P.O. Box, residential address, or request in-person pickup from our office will result in order cancellation and may require additional verification before processing future orders.
