How long do I have access to my eLearning material?

Access to your eLearning material begins when you sign up to the course. Access extends to 12 months after your practical session.

What if I want access for a longer period?

This is possible! Sign up to the Pro-Membership which is a yearly subscription and includes a number of other benefits. Once you sign up, you will regain access to the e-learning and all progress you initially made. This is a manual process with a real human behind the action. This means it might take up to 72 hours to gain access. If you need urgent access, sign up to the Pro-Membership then email us to speed up the process for you.

I have access to the e-Learning, but why is some content locked?

Whenever our e-Learning is updated,  our course platform makes sure you are aware of it. You will need to complete the new lessons to unlock all the content. As you complete the content, the original lessons that were already completed by you will unlock once again.

Why don't you give me lifetime access to the e-Learning content?
