About Dr Giulia D'Anna Dentist

Our Founder and Head of Faculty is Dr Giulia D’Anna BDSC, MRACDS, FIADFE, who has extensive experience in cosmetic injection anatomy and education.

Dr. Giulia D'Anna studied dentistry at the University of Melbourne in 1996. Following the establishment of her own dental practice in 1998, she developed a keen interest in cosmetic facial procedures, prompting her to pursue additional training and education in non-surgical cosmetic injectables and Dermal skin science. To supplement this, she has since studied Anatomy at the University of Pennsylvania, Dermal Science at AACDS, and earned her Membership into the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Additionally, she has been awarded an honorary Fellowship by the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (FIADFE) for her educational contribution to cosmetic injectables and dentistry. Dr. D'Anna has also obtained a formal qualification in Training and Assessment to support her educator roles.

In addition to her clinical work as a dentist and cosmetic practitioner, Dr. D'Anna has contributed articles to various clinical and consumer publications. She also serves as a Key Opinion Leader and educator for Teoxane and the Dermal Distinction Academy, where she imparts her expertise to aspiring practitioners. Her recognition as an Australian Expert by Teoxane underscores the notable trajectory of her career. She was an invited speaker to the Specialist Plastic Surgeons conference for ASAPS.

As an elected member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS), Dr. D'Anna brings over 9 years of experience as a cosmetic injectable educator and trainer. She has developed her own training program, emphasizing practical expertise, adherence to medical standards, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Dr. Giulia D'Anna's dedication to education extends beyond Australia, as she has lectured internationally. Her contributions span both medical and dental domains, and she holds editorial roles in prestigious industry publications. Additionally, she is actively involved in various professional committees, is a Member of the Non-Surgical Symposium Scientific Committee (ASAPS), and serves as a faculty member for Anatomy for Injectors in 2024.

Moreover, Dr. D'Anna hosts the Dermal Distinction Podcast (listen HERE), where she delves into ethical aesthetics, reflecting her steadfast commitment to upholding ethical standards within the field.

Annalise Hill is a highly skilled and registered nurse. She brings a wealth of knowledge with practical skills, cosmetic injecting, business administration and much more. She works alongside Dr Giulia to guide our practitioners to provide the best treatments for their patients in a compassionate and ethical manner.
