Once full payment has been received, you will have full course access. Our usual cancellation policy will apply after full payment
Our courses provide you with a significant e-learning experience before the clinical session. Once you have accessed the e-learning component, only the practical component will be refunded, to the amount of $800 (inc GST). Alternatively you may reschedule for a future course.
Generally the answer is no, but in some instances you can receive some reimbursement. Courses are like buying a ticket to a concert or theatre event. Your place is reserved for you, and that means no one can take it from you. We need you to attend, and that is your commitment to us.
Most of you already see patients or clients, and know how important it is that patients honour their commitment to you. It is the same with out academy, expect we have already put processes into place before you arrive. Patients have been organised, trainers booked and online learning access has begun.
We do understand that sometimes life happens! If you have a life-emergency, please contact as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist you.
Provided you have NOT accessed the e-learning component:
Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to course commencement are subject to a 10% administration & pre-training material charge. This will cover processing and set up fees.
Cancellations 4-8 weeks of course commencement are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks of course commencement are charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of course commencement are not refunded, but we may consider rescheduling your training to the next upcoming course if this is suitable.
If you request to reschedule your course, and then require a cancellation, the original terms of the first reschedule will apply.
